Dr. Stefan Andren, Dentist
Dr. Stefan Andren is one of Peak Dental’s dentists. In addition to earning his DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Dr. Andren brings a wide variety of experience to the Peak team, and he is a Tongue Tied Academy graduate, an elite member of Airway Health Solutions, an ambassador for The Breathe Institute, and more.

Dr. Cait Kauffman, Dentist
Cait Kauffman is an Associate Dentist on the Peak Dental Health team and has worked in dentistry for the past nine years, both in Seattle, Washington and here in Falmouth, Maine.
Prior to attending dental school, Cait lived in India for a year studying Ayurvedic medicine to explore how traditional and western forms of medicine and dentistry work together to optimize whole-body health. She then attended The University of Pennsylvania’s School of Dental Medicine, and after graduating, also completed a one-year general dentistry residency program at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. She has now found her new home here at Peak Dental Health, and loves working “in such a vibrant, innovative and upbeat practice.”
Dr. Stefan Andren, Dentist
Dr. Stefan Andren is one of Peak Dental’s dentists. Each day Dr. Andren performs a variety of patient care procedures, including tongue-tie release (infants through adults), expansive orthodontics treatment from early childhood through adulthood, and performs treatment for TMJ diseases and facial pain. Dr. Andren also works with the Peak team to fabricate oral appliances for sleep-disordered breathing, performs Solea laser restorative dentistry and cosmetic dentistry procedures, and directs his team of highly skilled and passionate caregivers.
His favorite part of working at Peak is the satisfaction he gets from creating an environment where patients can share their goals and concerns without fear of judgment or pressure. He also loves that the Peak team brings the best and latest research and technologies to Peak patients to help them achieve comfort, esthetics, and health that extends well beyond the mouth. His top passion? Working with children’s growth and development to assist them in becoming the best version of themselves.
When he’s not caring for Peak patients or guiding his team, Dr. Andren enjoys playing with his four children and being on the water, as well as watching and performing live music! He joined his first band, Dancing Pilgrims, in high school, and today he is the bass and saxophone player for the Dovetail Joints.
Dr. Cait Kauffman
Cait Kauffman is an Associate Dentist on the Peak Dental Health team and has worked in dentistry for the past nine years, both in Seattle, Washington and here in Falmouth, Maine.

As an associate dentist, Cait primarily practices restorative dentistry, which includes placing fillings, inlays, and crowns interspersed with exams and patient education. Her favorite thing about working at Peak? Educating patients in a friendly laid-back manner that she hopes allows patients to take ownership of their oral health! When not at the practice, Cait enjoys spending time with her family, keeping up with her twin daughters, cycling, swimming, cooking, and reading.

Our Dental Staff

Jodi Brown, Clinical Coordinator & Dental Hygienist
Jodi Brown serves as Clinical Coordinator, RDH on the Peak Dental Health team. After getting her start in the field with 21 years of experience as a dental hygienist, Jodi served as Peak’s Treatment Coordinator for the past year and a half and recently transitioned into her current position. Day-to-day, Jodi oversees a variety of important elements of the practice, including managing the doctors’ schedules, overseeing the clinical and hygiene schedules, presenting treatment plans for patients according to the doctors’ recommendations, and implementing new policies and procedures.
Jodi’s favorite aspects of working here at Peak are assisting and educating patients to enable them to achieve their oral health goals, and being part of a team she can call family! When she’s not helping Peak patients, Jodi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, spending time in the great outdoors, cooking, entertaining, and being creative and crafting.

Kaitlin Spires, Dental Hygienist & Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist
Kaitlin Spires is a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist (MFT) on the Peak Dental Health team. After graduating from The University of New England in 2008 with both her associate’s and bachelor’s degrees, Kaitlin went on to earn her license in Local Anesthesia. Here at Peak Kaitlin cares for all types of hygiene patients from ages 0 to 100, and in addition to working with new and existing patients and educating them about the connection between their oral and systemic health, Kaitlin loves talking to patients about their growth and development and how it pertains to their current muscle function and oral tissues.
As a member of the Peak Dental Health team, Kaitlin also takes pride in the Peak team’s commitment to staying up to date on the evolving science and research in all areas of the dental field. One thing she wishes her patients would know is how important it is to keep an open mind when pursuing your best oral health. After all, at Peak Dental, everyone is valued as an individual and a team approach between the patient and the provider is essential to achieve optimal results! When she’s not sharing her passion for oral health with her patients, Kaitlin can be found spending time with her husband, Jay, and 2 young children, Jack and Anna, traveling whenever she can, and snuggling with her family’s dog, Harper, and cat, Jilly.

Matti Marcello, Dental Hygienist & Myofunctional Therapist
Matti Marcello is a Registered Dental Hygienist and Myofunctional Therapist on the Peak Dental Health team. After graduating from the University of New England with her degree Matti joined the dental field as a hygienist, and in 2021 furthered her education to become a Myofunctional Therapist as well. Matti works to help Peak patients identify their primary concerns and achieve their oral health goals.
Day-to-day Matti performs cleanings, X-rays, and oral cancer screenings, and educates patients on the best ways to improve not only their oral health but their overall health and improve their quality of life. In her free time, Matti enjoys walking her dog, skiing in the winter, and spending time boating on Sebago Lake in the summer!

Heather St Clair, Dental Hygienist
Heather St Clair is a Dental Hygienist at Peak Dental Health and came to the Peak team with almost 28 years of experience as a hygienist. Heather works to help patients achieve optimal oral health through patient education, teeth cleaning, and the application of sealants to aid in protection against decay. Heather enjoys getting to know patients and understanding what’s important to them to aid them in achieving their optimal oral health.
When she isn’t helping Peak patients, Heather loves spending time with her three children, extended family, and friends. She also enjoys spending time outdoors both walking and hiking, and she’s always looking for new trails to explore!

Dawn Demakis, Dental Hygienist & Certified Oral Systemic Educator
Dawn Demakis is a Registered Dental Hygienist and Certified Oral Systemic Educator who has over 28 years of experience in dental hygiene. Dawn’s favorite part of working at Peak Dental Health is working with the practice’s patients to achieve optimal oral health, because after all, “we know that a healthy mouth is essential to a healthy body.”
One piece of advice she wishes everyone would follow is to clean between the teeth, either with floss, brush picks, or a water flosser because most cavities and gum disease starts between the teeth! When she isn’t working with Peak patients, Dawn enjoys spending her time with family, friends, and her three dogs. She also frequently takes advantage of all of the benefits of living in the lakes region, and enjoys traveling too!

Leslie Farrin, Dental Hygienist & Myofunctional Therapist
Leslie Farrin is a Registered Dental Hygienist and Myofunctional Therapist here at Peak Dental Health. Leslie brings a wealth of experience to the Peak team, including a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, a local anesthesia license, and extensive myofunctional therapy training. Day-to-day, Leslie works with a multitude of patients, from infants and children to adults of all ages, helping and educating them on how the effects of a tongue tie can impact their lives. When she is not seeing myofunctional therapy patients Leslie works with hygiene patients and loves educating and supporting them in their journey to oral health.
When she isn’t working with Peak patients, Leslie loves being with her husband, two daughters, and stepson! They especially enjoy spending time together outdoors, either skiing in the winter or spending time at our family camp on the lake in the summer.

Ashleigh Wilson, Dental Hygienist
Ashleigh Wilson is a Dental Hygienist on the Peak Dental Health team and has been practicing as a dental hygienist for six years, before becoming a hygienist she worked at a dental office as a hygiene assistant. During the day at Peak Ashleigh performs cleanings and collects patient data, such as radiographs, salivary tests, and gum measurements in order to make suggestions based on those findings and ultimately educate patients on their overall health.
Ashleigh’s favorite thing about the Peak team is that everyone on this team has a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest research and technology in the dental field, and loves sharing that knowledge with patients. When she isn’t working Ashleigh enjoys going snowmobiling, spending time at her family’s camp in Eustis, or boating on Sebago Lake!

Joanna Ritchie, Dental Assistant
Joanna Ritchie is a Dental Assistant on the Peak Dental Health team who started her journey in the field of oral health over eight years ago and eventually found her home here at Peak. She truly enjoys working with people and helping them feel comfortable coming into a dental office, and loves working with patients to help them achieve overall health and confidence in their smiles! Here at Peak Joanna assists Dr. Andren and Dr. Kauffman with a wide range of dental restoration procedures and triage any emergency phone calls from patients. In addition to these responsibilities, Joanna works in the practice’s full-service dental lab and takes whitening scans for patients, fabricating for them whitening trays, orthodontic retainers, or nighttime appliances.
Joanna loves being a part of the Peak Dental Health team, not only because of her amazing coworkers but because of the many wonderful patients that she sees every day and looks forward to catching up with. In her own words, “when my patient leaves with a smile that they are proud of and lets me know that their visit with us was actually enjoyable, that is what keeps me coming to work each day!” When she is not working here at Peak Joanna enjoys cooking and preparing meals for her family and friends, and she is also passionate about lifting weights and loves spending time outside.

Bekah Langlinais, Dental Assistant
Bekah Langlinais is one of the Dental Assistants on the Peak Dental Health team. In addition to experience in the dental field, Bekah brings a background in psychology to the Peak team, valuable experience that enables her to help individuals through challenging procedures through attentive care and patience, while educating them on the importance of their investment toward peak dental health. For Bekah, a typical day in the office consists of communication with patients through in-person or phone conversations, fabricating whitening trays, aligners, retainers, mouth guards, and more, as well as working one on one with each doctor during procedures.
Bekah loves that every day here at Peak is new and different, and whether she’s working with a new patient or assisting with a new reconstructive case, she is always kept on her toes. When she isn’t in the office, Bekah loves to stay active with yoga, aerial sports, pilates, surfing, and paddleboarding. She also enjoys gardening, and even names all of her plants!

Crystal Rossignol, Expanded Function Dental Assistant
Crystal Rossignol is an Expanded Function Dental Assistant here at Peak Dental Health. She brings over 17 years of experience to the team and has been an EFDA for over five years. As part of her role at Peak Crystal assists the practice’s doctors in placing filing and organizing their schedules, and also discusses treatment with patients, and follows up with any clinical questions patients may have.
Crystal’s favorite part of working as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant at Peak is working with patients who are anxious and helping to calm and reassure them through their treatments. In her own words, “connecting with patients and making them feel comfortable and confident in their treatment brings me a lot of happiness!” When Crystal isn’t working here at Peak, she enjoys all that comes with living in the midcoast with her husband. She loves living on the Maine coast and spending time at the ocean, as well as taking her two small dogs for hikes.

Brianna Papa, Dental Assistant
Briana Papa is a Dental Assistant on the Peak Dental Health team. After earning her Dental Assisting certificate in 2022, Briana has taken on a variety of tasks within the team, including chairside assisting, lab cases, sterilization, cleaning, and patient triage. Her favorite part about her job is being able to make patients feel more comfortable with coming to the dentist and making it an enjoyable experience, especially if they have had dental anxiety in the past. In her own words, “it is very rewarding to hear that they feel more comfortable after seeing us!”
When she’s not working at Peak, Briana enjoys cardio kickboxing, paddle-boarding in the summer, visiting all of the beautiful beaches in Maine, and spending time outdoors in general. She also loves crafting, and has most recently been experimenting with sewing!

Sara Coppersmith, Dental Assistant
Sara Coppersmith is a Dental Assistant on the Peak Dental Health team, and her role here at the practice is to care for patients, prep them before their dental work, and assist the doctors with anything they might need. Sara truly enjoys the environment and team that she gets to work with every day, and loves that the Peak team is “like a big family!”
Sara also feels fortunate that she is able to really get to know the wants and needs of Peak patients to make them comfortable coming in for their dental work. When she’s not at the practice, Sara enjoys being with her son, Liam, her husband, Andrew, and her dogs Norton and Bondo!

Rebekah Payne, Business Manager
Rebekah Payne is Peak Dental Health’s Business Manager. Prior to joining the Peak team, Rebekah earned her bachelor’s degree in Business and Communication and managed another dental practice for seven years. Today, Rebekah works “behind the scenes” doing accounts payable, bookkeeping, and managing the business side of Peak. In this role, she enjoys making sure the practice stays on track for success!
If there was any advice she could give to Peak patients, Rebekah would stress the importance of not waiting until you have pain before coming in to see the dentist, because waiting too long often results in increased costs and time! When she’s not working, Rebekah enjoys warm summer days, exercising, and spending time with her husband, two sons, and large family, including her eight siblings whom she is very close to!

Erin Haskell, Financial Coordinator
Erin Haskell is a financial coordinator for Peak Dental Health and also coordinates treatment plans and schedules for patients. With over 20 years of experience in dental billing, insurance, treatment planning, and more, Peak Dental Health patients are in great hands with Erin! As one of the last faces that patients see when they leave the Peak office, Erin loves being able to make sure that each and every patient leaves their appointment happy with their treatment.
One piece of advice Erin would give Peak patients is to check, check and double-check your benefits, since understanding your benefits is a great way to make sure your appointment runs smoothly! When she’s not helping Peak patients, Erin loves being with her husband, two children, and crew of pets. Though she’s an “island girl” at heart, she also enjoys spending time in the Maine woods!

Jennifer Richards, Administrative Coordinator
Jennifer Richards is an Administrative Coordinator at Peak Dental Health, and brings a wealth of experience in operational management and practice communication management to her role here at Peak. Jennifer is involved with all aspects of appointment reservations for the Peak team, including scheduling, reminders, updating notes, and more. In her own words, Jennifer enjoys working at Peak Dental Health because she enjoys “being part of a team that can help facilitate, perhaps having a previously difficult dental experience, into a positive, educational and sometimes life-changing visit.”
When she’s not working at Peak, Jennifer is busy ensuring that her two teenagers, Peter and Ryan, are where they need to be and are following their dreams! As a lifelong New Englander, Jennifer also loves living in Maine and enjoys going on adventures to the ocean, lakes, mountains, and trails throughout the year.

Javin Grover, Sterilization Technician
Javin Grover is a Sterilization Technician here at Peak Dental Health and comes to the practice with many years of experience in the cleaning industry. In the office, Javin sterilizes rooms and instruments in between patients and helps the practice’s hygienists with whatever they may need.
Like many Peak team members, Javin’s favorite part of working at the practice is ”working with such great people… the team here at Peak is always so supportive and kind to one another.” When he isn’t keeping the practice spotless, Javin enjoys traveling, going to the gym, and spending time with his friends and family!

Amanda Osmolski, Assistant
Amanda Osmolski is an assistant at Peak Dental Health who has worked at the practice for over two years and is simultaneously pursuing her education in Dental Hygiene at the University of New England. As an assistant at Peak, Amanda works with the practice’s hygienists and assists in sterilization procedures.
Amanda’s favorite part of her job is the amazing team she gets to work with here at Peak! In her own words, she “looks forward to seeing everybody when she comes into work” and is “so proud that our office is so focused on being as environmentally friendly as possible, and is always looking at ways to improve.” When she’s not working or studying, Amanda enjoys skiing in the winter and relaxing outside with a book in the summer.
